15.1 Either HiFood or you may terminate your account and (where relevant) your subscription. If HiFood terminates your Account or subscription, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

15.2 If HiFood terminates your account as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions you will not be entitled to any refund.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and HiFood shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Pakistan and HiFood and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Pakistan.
